Tip: Put Leopard's "Help" Windows in the Background
Posted Monday, June 30, 2008
This tip from my Macworld colleague Rob Griffiths has nothing to do with iLife, but it's so useful I'm posting it. It's from earlier in the month, but I just stumbled on it now. (Hey, things get hectic when the county where you live is battling hundreds of lightning-caused wildfires.)
One of the Leopard features I like the least is that its online help windows are always front-and-center, obscuring other windows.
With Rob's tip, you can fix that by pasting one line of code into the Terminal window.
If only putting out a forest fire was as easy.
